During the Dragon Boat Festival, we learned how to make "Jian Dui" from the masters at Chenghuang Temple. We found that making "Jian Dui" wasn't too difficult for us sixth graders. So we decided to make "Jian Dui" (a type of rice cake), Teacher's Day cards, and a safety amulet made into a mini deity robe to give to our teachers on Teacher's Day.
